All jewelry pieces have been checked to be in good condition and accompanied by original invoice and store certificate. The price is VAT included. Bening Luxury do not accept buyback or trade in for custom-order jewelry that contains initial, alphabets, letters, numbers or characters in any form, collection from a special collaboration, merchandise from a certain event, or jewelry as a gift or endorsement and other types that is determined by Bening Luxury.

All purchased items at Bening Luxury are entitled to an excellent care of 1 (one) time free service of jewelry repair, chrome, resize or engrave. Resize can be done for a ring or necklace with maximum 4 (four) sizes up or down :

• Should there be additional gold needed then Customer will be charged with additional fee according to market price on that day.
• Please note that by chroming or resizing your jewelry, there's a possibility of gold shrinkage that will cause a discrepancy of the jewelry specification.

Bening Luxury accepts buyback or trade in, except otherwise stated in the original invoice, as long as items are in good and acceptable condition according to Bening Luxurys quality control and quality assurance procedure, as decided by Bening Luxury, and Bening Luxurys decision is final. Jewelries for buyback or trade in need to be accompanied by original invoice, store and/or GIA certificate, and a complete request form. Bening Luxury do not accept buyback or trade in for jewelries without Bening Luxury. Fund will be transferred 7 seven) working days at the latest from when buyback request form is submitted.
